Note that each suite is a humongous 500 sf with a king bed or two double beds in the bedroom and a full size (double-bed) sleeper sofa in the living room. Roll-away beds are not available. The hotel allows a maximum of 4 people (2 adults) in the king-bed rooms and 6 people (2 adults) in the 2 double-beds rooms with no additional charge. There is an additional charge of $20 per night for each additional adult up to the room maximum occupancy. Amenities include a 42" plasma TV in the living room, a kitchenette (microwave but no stovetop), complimentary made-to-order full breakfasts each morning (including omelettes), and the "Manager's Reception" complimentary cocktails and appetizers every evening between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. All of this for the negotiated discount price of only $129.00 per night plus tax! (NOTICE: Make certain that all adults sharing a room register their names at the time of check-in to ensure access to the complimentary breakfast and Manager's Reception. This will also avoid delays in the event of an accidental lock-out. Note that the website will void the discount if you indicate more than 2 adults. You will have to call in your reservation. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival.

OPEN REGISTRATION - Lobby of hotel between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm.

WELCOMING RECEPTION - Lower Atrium in the hotel lobby area from 5:30 pm 7:30 pm. Complimentary soft drinks, cocktails, and appetizers will be served to all registered guests and their children.   

Saturday, August 4th

CHARTERED BUS TOUR OF SAN FRANCISCO - 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Click HERE to check out the website for Gray Line Tours. 

REUNION PLANNING MEETING - 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Family members who wish to participate in the planning of our next reunion are invited to attend. The meeting will take place in the reserved banquet room (Diplomat Room) immediately prior to the Main Event.

MAIN EVENT - We have reserved a large banquet room, the Diplomat, for our Main Event activities and dinner from 6:00 pm to midnight. Our buffet dinner will be served 6:00 - 7:30 pm. Please see the Dinner Menu page. We are still open to ideas about activities. Please see the Event Details page.  

Sunday, August 5th

CHURCH SERVICES - Worship services start at 10:45 a.m. and concludes at approximately 1:00 p.m.  The location is 14.5 miles north of the hotel, near downtown San Francisco. We can arrange car pools at breakfast if not before.
